Allow me to introduce myself to you as Coleman Weibley, amateur graphic/website designer and owner/operator of C.Weibley Designs. My goal is to earn and save money to pay for a college education, by creating and developing websites, flyers, brochures and other media for the small business to help increase the annual income.

Because I am not a degreed designer, I charge minimal rates to business owners. While going to a degreed designer a business owner can spend over $1,000 setting up a website and over $50 an hour for a graphic designer. Although I do not hold the degrees of a professional, I can do a lot of the same work or similar for less than half the price.
