Chris, Nancy, and son Daniel Benoit were all found dead on Monday, June 25, 2007. Police are investigating this as a double-murder suicide.

Investigators have on Friday, June 22, Chris Benoit bound and strangled his wife Nancy.

Over the weekend, Benoit smothered his 7 year old son Daniel with a wrestling move called the hold." He then hung himself in his weight room.

On Monday, June 25, the police found the three bodies. They believe steroids and depression may have played a major role in the double murder-suicide of the Benoit Family.

The pressure of his diagnosis, which scientists can only refer to as Fragile-X Syndrome, also may have been what forced Benoit to "snap" in such a monstrous way.

People who knew him best say that he struggled for years to cope with his disease, but refused to talk about with anyone, even his own parents.

Police have recently found that Chris injected his son with steroids. It is possible to conclude that he thought the human growth hormones would make him larger, as Daniel was an incredibly small, child.

Investigators are currently waiting for the toxicology to come back to continue their investigation.They may take several weeks to return.

Many pyschologists have said that Benoit may have believed that by killing his family, he was protecting them from the pain and humiliation associated with disease.

Daniel was supposed to school in the fall, and by being there, other people may have found out about his Fragile-X Syndrome.

In his mind, Benoit may have thought killing him would make him a better father. He may have thought he was protecting him from unknowing eyes.

Or, quite possibly, he had snapped, and had no reason for killing his 7 year old son and wife. Maybe, just maybe, he killed insanely, and had no rational thoughts.

Whatever was going through his mind at the time, no one knows. What investigators do know, however, is that justice must be served to the Benoit family.

The only way they know how to do that is to get to the bottom of this case, and figure out who really did this to the Benoit family.

WWE could only offer their condolences to the family of Nancy Benoit, and their sincerest apologies for airing a three-hour tribute to the 40-year old wrestler. They have stated they had no idea that Chris was behind the brutal murders.

My goes out to and families. What a tragic way to die. May their souls rest peacefully in Heaven.

Consider this: if ABC, or any company out there for that matter, turns out to do deeds, they may do whatever they can, including having a lawyer comb your entire site, fact-check every single thing you post, and they may perhaps even hire people posing as fans to try and egg you on into breaking the law. That and if you post any pictures on the site that are obtained through any means other than 100% legal procedures, or used without the companies consent might be handing them ammunition. For example, if you went and grabbed their logo from their website, they might try and sue you for using it without permission.

I suggest that if you are intent on taking on a giant like ABC, being one man/woman yourself, you better have a warchest of money just in case you actually have to go to depend on some free speech advocacy group to rush to your defense. expect to rally any prospective fans of the site to protest on your behalf. The most they would probably do is blog about how unfair it is and be done with it.

So if you are still intent on doing what you described above, I would suggest creating a concept site on disk and bring it to a lawyer to review. You will have to pay him/her for their services but trust me, it will be it. They will go through the information you have up there, and tell you what, if anything, you can be sued for. Ask this lawyer for some general guidelines to stay within the law, and then pay them for their time. Hang on to their business card because if you receive a "Cease and Desist" notice from ABC, the first person you are going to need to call.

The typical amateur trader realize that when trading software that "works"…. the only people that are successful with it are the already very successful traders with years of experience.

buy limit order means to buy at the limit price or lower.

sell limit order means to sell at the limit price or higher.

If it is a market order, you will see your order appear in the at the current price.

Pending orders will requrie you to specify a entry price and if you place it, it will appear at the price you specified.
